I suggest the best solution to this landfills problems is by segregation of waste before throwing it away,this makes it easier for accessing the recycable materials for recycling and also protect the environment and the climate as a whole
To make a living.... we're lucky we don't have to do this... we have jobs & food on the table. This are lowest of the lowest.this are people who work for food unlike those who lie to their teeth 😢
Because the trillions of dollars that the American tax payer sends to foreign countries to raise people out of poverty never goes to poverty. Decades of foreign aid and those $#!thole countries still have people living in these situations, or send them to the U.S.. So not only we pay for them in their home country, we are expected to take care of them here... In o other words the American tax payer is double burdened and pay for them twice.

Why are the people digging through the trash
They're picking up recyclables, mostly PP bottles and aluminium, from the looks of it.
