What a great spiritually inviting message! It's amazing that we have dedicated and wise spiritual leaders to lead us in these days! I love how he often speaks of the simplicity of the gospel. Because it really is simple and plain; through the grace, mercy, and love of the savior Jesus Christ may we have joy and eternal life! Our purpose is to have joy and eternal life! Is that not the most amazing truth you've ever seen. It's amazing that "God so loved the world he sent his only begotten son" to sacrifice himself. It's amazing we have a savior who sacrificed himself so am atonement may be made for our sins. Now if we we repent and follow our merciful prince of peace, even Jesus Christ; we will have eternal life and find peace and joy in any circumstance! I testify in the sacred name of Jesus Christ Amen.
This Valentines Day 2022, I learned to love GOD FIRST and nothing else. second will be your spouse, family and your neighbours. Thank you Elder Uchdorf for communicating through my spirit.
