- This is ultimate guide on how you can easily clean your motorcycle's throttle body all by yourself as i have showed each and every step in detail on a Duke 390 and it doesn't matter if you have any other bike because the process is going to identical for that as well. I have told a lot of little but very useful tips and trick throughout the video so make sure you do watch the whole process.

Changed my throttle cable at home today. Had to remove tank cover to access and route cable.
Didn't get cable for Duke as it was Sunday. Bought Pulsar AS 200 throttle cable from local auto shop. Turned out to be an exact match!
Just a small thing to keep in mind for people who can't find cable for KTM in thier area.

Unfortunately from last five days ago my KTM 125, didn't get ignition but self motor working (cranking).
Actually, via the breather line engine oil catch up at air filter position (475ml) and then it's may go fuel line and combest chamber.
That's why the engine didn't make a start.
Now could you suggest, please any checking points..?
I had checked the following points.
1. Electric voltage
2. All fuse (Especially fuel injector fuse.)
3. Fuel pump injector
4. Cylinder head
5. Ignition Plug

Jeet bhai, my duke 390 turn indicator turns left with click but move freely when turn to right. Mechanic wants to change entire switch costing 3k. Kindly suggest any cheap alternative?
Thanks man.Good one. Much of that i didn`t get,but anyways. If the throttlebody was so dirty, how about cleaning even further in? After the intake manifold, around the valves and stuff. Must be dirty too. How would you go about doing that?

Hi. Is it necessary to clean the idle sensor separately or does it gets cleaned while cleaning the t-body? Asking because recently I had to fill up with some bad fuel somewhere due to no other option. And I will be cleaning the t-body soon. My bike is CBR 250

Bro hamari ktm 125 new li hai 1 months old. Problem ye hai ki rear or front wheel hard chalte hai hatho se ghumane par. Aisa lagta hai break lag rahe. Kya aisa hi rehta hai ya break chipak rahe hai.??

my ktm duke 250 revs by itself when starting but when i twist the accelerator it drops down the revs, only high revs, engine doesn't shut off at all by itself.. I've replaced the accelerator cable but the problem is still there, I will clean the throttle body in coming days or change the idle stepper motor too? please help
Can throttle return spring be changed as it is not allowing the valve to close fast.valve is not slowly for last few mm

Bhai mene kal apne dominar ki throttle body ko saaf kiya, par cleaning ke Baad mujhe rpm ka thoda issue ho raha hai, Pehele me gear shifting easily aur sound less karta tha, kyun ke jab accelerate chodta tha to timing sab sahi hota tha rpm ke sath. Par abhi throttle body ko saaf karne ke Baad timing ka issue ho raha hai aur jab me accelerate down karta hun to rpm sudden down nahi hoti hai aur uske wajha se gear shifting karte Waqt dhad dhad sa sound ata hai high rpm ke wajha se. Mene jab mechanic ko ye Baat batayi to usne kaha ke abhi fresh clean hua hai throttle body to isilye esa hoga par Baad me thik ho jayega. Par mujhe uske baat ka bharosa nahi araha hai kyun ke cleaning ke Baad to sab sahi ho jana hai lekin yahan ulta hi gaya. Zara help kariye kya karun ya mechanic ki Baat pe yakin karun?
Hi Jeet Bhaskar, my 2014 KTM Duke 200 throttle body acceleration return spring has lost all its stiffness/tension. Because of this now my accelaration/throttle does not go back fully automatically. I have to do it manually and its not comfortable everytime to do it. Any suggestions/ideas on how to fix this throttle body acceleration return spring. I enquired the entire markets in Bengaluru but this spring spare is not available anywhere not even with KTM ASC.

And i had doubt I had kept my bike for side for 2 years and started it ones in one or two months recently I had service it after service my bike mileage droped and now it's give 15-20 and no error code is showing After service engine oil in air intake box so can you give me reason and solution for these 2 problems A

Bro i have a 200 rtr and i am tired of it it suts off for no reason and problem doesnot feels that much while idiling and sometimes rpm decreases and when i blip throttle rprm stuck at 2000 and then start to drop with growl in lower rpm about 2500 and speed of under 19 in 2nd gears it sounds like autorickshaw should i clean throttle body and overhaul engine i have change 3 sensors and starter circut along with battery and motor in under 3000 km and realize that tvs is worst in terms of service and costimer response

Video is good bro 😄 but for properly cleaning throttle body u should disassemble MAP sensor , throttle position sensor , IAC valve and than clean these electric components by proper throttle body cleaner and after than clean throttle body housing ..bcoz most of the carbon deposits on sensors only due to which ECU does not get proper signals so cleaning sensors is also necessary .btw great video brother 👌

Brother mere pas ktm Duke 125 me rpm cold start pe jyada hote hai.thodi der chalne ke baad thik ho jaate hai. Cold start me rpm itne jyada hote hai ki second gear me bike move karte samay band nhi hoti Bina acclaration ke. Kya kharab ho sakta hai? Please reply...?

My Duke 200 has crossed 37k kms. I bought it at 30k km. Am not sure whether throttle body was cleaned previously. Now when I release the throttle, the throttle body rewinds very slowly making me wait to shift gears. Quick shifts make the engine roar. Service person advised to replace the throttle body @6-7k RS. Will cleaning the throttle body solve the issue!?!

Bro if it's not too much to ask can you make a video on how to clean a ride by wire throttle body and what are the things that have to be checked or inspected.
It's content for me brother so i would love if you ask me to make something but I don't have access to any 2017+ duke or rc 390 so whenever I'll get the bike... Will show you.... But to be honest the process is almost close to same... Just that ride by wire throttle has one more connector instead of a throttle cable.

Well that will be a real headache if you are planning to do it without a diagnostic tool but it's doable with a clamp meter and a lot of patience along with some basic knowledge.
Bro, I clean my Duke 200 Throttle Body, and done service (Oil change, Oil filter, Fuel filter, Spark plug, Air Filter) as well. Now the problem is coming, it is missing at low rpm. Please tell me where is the problem occur ?
I contact to service centre, they said it gone its own after riding 500 km.

Can be an issue with fitment and sensors but I'll suggest you to clean your fuel pump and injector as well
