we need another kurt cobain type figure to just flip the music industry on its head again. i think the general public is starting to get tired of rap and candy pop radio music. wherever you are future kurt, we need you
Said the exact same thing yesterday
True it'll happen soon

Hi, I'm a small artist. Just released my first album. I hope you like it. Please do give it a listen if you've got time. Thanks

I mean, there just isn’t any mainstream music to overturn. Its way more fractured and separated. If kurt were around today, he would gain an audience online and it’s unlikely he would need to go on the radio.
New genres are being explored all over right now. You just dont see them.
I’ve always loved the swirling chaos of the guitar solo, but with this unmatched ear for melody Kurt had. The small bends and vibrato give it this feeling like he’s singing through the guitar.
Great video. A lot of people don’t know their past drummer Chad Channing came up with many of the drum parts for Nevermind, Dave kept some of his parts. It was Chad who came up with the In Bloom intro
Hey Harry! Im surprised at how close you got to the distorted tone with the ac30. Apparently they used vintage pulsonic greenbacks which arent even produced anymore. Good vid!
Again, another amazing analysis, with spot on takes and a very good paced explanation.
As much as i love that song, it is also a "curse", as only God knows how many kids in school would try and fail playing it, cause it was seen as an easy and simple song to, you know, get girls.
I used to play and cover Nirvana a lot when i still had a band, and man... this song brings back memories.
Keep on the series and good content, man!

Great video Harry, when the Guitars collection video? Do you still have the Fender Custom shop strat sunburst? Cheers
Kurt use a fender twin reverb amp and a fender mustang competition for “smells like teen spirit” 😉

Bro you cant play more songs of Mac Demarco? (I liked the video nirvana, but i need more for other artists, please) no hate
People say that rock is dead when literally there are like at least 250 people i know that like it
When he said come as you are I thought he said “konichiwa”
Nevermind is definitely their worst record.
It’s one of the most revolutionary albums ever released.
@@S.C1970 for what? hit singles? I remember the first time I heard Bleach. that was revolutionary. Never mind has some good songs but In Utero was the perfect Nirvana record.
why are you using the weird al clip?
Love the video Harry. Nice editing.
That fiesta red JM ❤
More Videos of this style… ❤
polly dark song
Tercero en inglés!!!
This was my first CD ever. My brother bought it for me when it came out when I was 11. In Bloom was my favorite.
My parents have this 1994 sony stereo system and nevermind is by far the best sounding cd when played on it.
@@elninoidris3734 yeah incredible isn't it? My parents had an old Bose Wave 3000 and you could hear some crystal clear parts on it that you couldn't hear with crappy headphones.
4:01 why do you put a piece of foam there?
To stop that part of the strings vibrating and making noise
Second!!
First!
