This was the peak of junior high for me. I remember the first time I saw the video along with the song. Still hits the same in my feels, so powerful. I also remember the day Kurt died. I will never forget. Nirvana had an impact on pre teen and teenagers especially those of us who felt like outcasts. We finally had a group/genre to fit into. It was amazing. I just wish I was able to see Nirvana perform once. 😢
I remember sitting on the couch, MTV, World Premiere, first time this video was airing ever, and my face like 😮. Lives changed forever. And then in 1994, hearing he died, my face like 😢
We all have those music moments that changed us and helped shape our world view. It's powerful connect by music. I'm still friends with people I met over 40 years ago because of music.
