- Hey everybody! As you probably know, this is my first new video in a while. I’ve got a lot to cover but I’ll try to keep this short and sweet.
1. I moved to Taiwan in August, and will be living in a city called Kaohsiung for the next year.
2. I also graduated from college in June. This means that for the first time in a long time, I actually have my nights free!
3. I found an awesome music studio right next to my apartment building, and it’s got a couple of solid practice kits.
4. As a result, I’ve been drumming more the past couple months than I’ve been able to for much of the past four years. This means I’m gonna start making drum videos on a regular basis again. Since I’m in a new country, I don’t quite have the recording toys I used to (at least not yet), but I think the set up works well enough for now, and I’ll be probably adding more to it as time goes on.
5. I’ve already finished several new videos. Here’s one of them, from DFA 1979’s awesome new album. I’m really quite proud of this one, and I think you’ll enjoy it.

Welcome back, buddy!! UK :-D. Audio mix sounds a bit muffled regarding the track. Not sure if it's just me but usually the music track is a bit louder. But regardless, nice to see you on here again.

Remember when you posted that drum cover of Bloc Party with the song "this modern love"? In the description you said there is a fill, around min 3 that made you want to become a drummer.
Well, I am a drummer myself and I really liked the song so I tried to cover it. When that fill came, I felt the exact same thing!
Keep doing what you do best, because the more I see from you, I see it is with passion and I can adress that to my way of playing. You just feel the song and play it and thats admirable.
