Can you do a beginners gear guide? Just hit 65 and gearing is DAUNTING ASF. Don't know much about crafting etc. Where do I even start? Any quick farms I can do? I'm Light Armor FS/Rapier and Med Armor GS/Hatchet.
dont use the weapon 1 / 2 to swap but use the button key for swap weapons. Should be the 4th on the list of the settings of swapping. That one has smoother transition.
I wish i recorded one specific fight. I was getting some dabloons and being nice not attacking anyone. 3 guys tried jumping me took them all out and then a 4th came in and tried 2 and he went down as well. Sns/hatchet. I know its op right now that fight felt good though
Having a ton of fun on fresh. Fighting bis player from legacy servers in opr is getting old but still can pop off pretty good. Blunderbuss aim lock is disgusting though.

Takes time or gold to acquire this gear, these are probably not fresh start accounts either. Just take your time man and use what you got, also the PvP in this game is really player skill based as well.
@@CeeNZ_it’s all gear based. most of these kids (40 year old dudes) dominating PvP are nerds who are non stop grinding for the gear. PvP is kind of broken for that reason. They put you in 3v3 arenas with people who have all artifacts lol. You can’t even damage them if you wanted to, same thing goes for anything war based. Good luck fighting someone who’s melting with a fire staff or a poison bow. If you wanna do PvP, you may as well just pick a meta like everyone else. There’s literally no point in playing other classes.
Shirking heals can be tough to aquire early on and expensive to buy on tp. The best way to get some is the pvp reward track named gear drops. However until you get shirking heals, make sure you have healing breeze on your ring, and healthy toast on Earing or something like tumblers feet wraps for more healing and a way to proc the ring. This will give you so much more healing power and make you last much longer in drawn out fights!

0:39 how did he dodge at 40 stamina and somehow have 3 stamina left to not get exhausted?? i don't understand this, i thought maybe shirking energy but that only works in light loadout and hes in at least medium with that step dodge... anyone able to make sense of this for me?
@@motherpigeon1582 41, 42 or 43 makes no difference its 50 stamina to dodge thats my point, how he dodging in the 40's but not getting exhausted to 0 stam and having the grey regen bar instead it stays yellow because it never ran out somehow
@@motherpigeon1582 i'm not saying he's upto anything bad lol i'm curious if it's something to do with sns, i don't really use it much and idk if it has a passive to reduce stamina cost for dodges in specific conditions
Not really. You will most likely die if someone gets in melee range and you want to use your spear. Stay bow with hatchet for ranged or spear with something for melee.
Since its fresh start i am thinking of joining again. I am a new world og and played since day one, but stopped playing due to the unplayable laggy pvp battles (hammerlag strategy). Is it any better now?
No the gameplay is not the same at all. The autolock has made ranged impossible dodge as a melee only build so opr's are now full of blunderbums or hatchet exploiters and it feels like the only thing that armor does for you is give you attribute points. I've run full thrust protection I've gone full enchanted ward, I've even gone full frigid dawn with void darkplate and it all feels the exact same as running common gear with no traits on it at all.

I'm not sure if you can still do this, but on pc I believe it was a pretty involved process changing txt files to get this look

He dodges at 41 when you look closely.

Then it still looks 1080p with increased 25+ fps
