    सर एक व्यक्ति के पास सात एकड़ की रजिस्ट्री 1962 की हे पर वर्तमान में वो जमीन उसके नाम पर नही है । अन्य लोगों के नाम पर है तो उस व्यक्ति को केसे और किस नियम के आधार परवो अपनी जमीन को नामात्रन करवा सकता है।

But sir one more question which I want to ask is that whether if Tenant wants to continue after 11 months then what is the procedure for renewing the rent Agreement should the new Agreement would be signed or that old one will remain in continuation with some amendments made in it.

    Thank you for sharing great information sir. One question, when rent agreement is Less than 12 months registration is not required, but without registration is is legalised document.(11 months agreement)

    MJ Sir, 🙏 REGISTRATION of a Rent agreement for a period ONE YEAR or EXCEEDINg ONE YEAR is compulsory NOT an Agreement of a period more than 11Months as claimed by you
    Secondly the value of Non Judicial Stamp paper is NOT ALWAYS 500/- as claimed by you.. There is a set formula to calculate the value of Stamp paper.🤔

    Sir kehte hai ki yadi kiraye daar 1 varsh se adhik rahe tho usko malikana hak mil jata hai. Or unhe nikalne main bhi kabhi kabhi problem ho jati hai baat court tak chali jati hai. Tho kya aise main kiraye daar ko malikana hak mil jata hai.

    Hi Sir ,
    My question is regarding rent of Property .
    If father died with a will a year ago ,and the will has been challenged in the court by me,
    What happens to the rent of that property.
    Who gets the rent untill the will is not executed by court..
    Can 1 legal claim over the rent ,or the tenant has ro distribute the rent between both the legal heirs.?
    Sir?
    My younger brother is taking the rent just by showing the will to the tenant ..
    Can i somehow stop the rent
