Her husband is HOT! It was so sweet about her dress. It looks fabulous on her! On some level, I wouldn't be surprised if they preferred a low key wedding. I don't know how apparent it is from these pictures, but in other pictures online, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi looks a lot like young Ralph Fiennes (or maybe like his brother, Joseph Fiennes, when younger). Similar coloring, build, and profile.

The dress was re modelled , it looks absolutely beautiful . The addition of the tiara that the Queeen had worn on her wedding day , was just stunning . Hard to find words of perfection for it all , just beautiful .
I can imagine the Queen and Beatrice happily sharing the secrets about the dress and the tiara , maybe even a little gleefull at the surprise they were going to spring on everyone . A great surprise and really what more royal weddings should be like , just about the love and the close family .

Wow! COMPLETELY wonderful! 1983. Long time ago! I was only 7.
I am soooo happy for Princess Beatrice. She and her sister Princess Eugenie are very underrated by the media and some unpleasant people, but if anyone takes the time and trouble to learn about these two lovely young women, would realise they are a credit to their families. I am one of those who cannot understand why their uncle Charles have been against them taking on royal engagements on a regular basis (they have done so on behalf of her Majesty infrequently) whilst working independently, like their foreign European cousins who have done held ordinary jobs and still carried out royal engagements. It reminds me of the present King of the Netherlands who was an aeroplane pilot in between carrying out royal engagements and only stopped when he ascended the throne. That is a module for William and Catherine to follow, if those wise old men/courtiers advising the Queen who act upon their advice, unquestioningly it seems, would but know it. Times have changed and it would set an example for everyone to follow. Thank you for this additional information about Princess Beatrice and her new husband. It is also pleasing to note that they are still very close to Her Majesty, as is their mother Sarah Duchess of York. It is only in sections of the media which seeks to bring down and tarnish these two young women who only want to do good as they contribute and get on with their lives. During this pandemic,they have worked tirelessly with their mother to help, including putting their health as risks as they collect and deliver goods to various charities and those in need, but not one peep you will find of their unstinting efforts in the media,only nonsense and speculations about some members of The Royal Family - I suppose they want to sell newspapers and scandals about any royals whom they single out for the unfavourable treatment, is the way to go for the unkind. Thanks again Eliot. In this manner issuing the kind of news and information, is how you earn my respect and your corn of course.
