I think excessive hand movements looks too casual and distracting in an interview especially in PSC. It may also give the sign of nervousness and it could diminish one's personality. The Answers are good though.

I think the panels could be better. As far as that Taiwan Q, one cannot simply be satisfied with naming just economic reason why china didn’t attack taiwan. Any war/attack in today’s generation is multidimensional. Reason are all sorts of things. Economic, social, political, cultural et etc.
