LOL, what I learned from watching all the seasons is to never, ever pick or be on the same team for a challenge with someone who just won immunity. There are so many examples of this-the person does a half-ass job and drags the team down because they know they can’t be eliminated.
idk i feel like everyone is blaming Sandhya but i don't really feel like this loss was her fault. At the end of the day, she decided to just follow the other 2 designers because they made her out to be the problem and Hernan was the one who let them down this path and coerced them to all use the same treatment he was doing on his design. In my opinion, i think he should've went home. While i may not have personally liked Sandhya's last dress, she does have a unique POV and makes clothes that are very unique and different when she follows her own voice. I think her first win being so disputed by everyone else made her out to be enemy #1.
I agree. Hernan was inflexible and wanted everyone to do the same as he was doing and not allowing the others - especially Sandhya - to express their own art. It’s disrespectful to a creative artist to smother their voice.
Including losing team all 15 looks are actually great / although i agree with the losing team. But winning team should be safe.... other 3 teams were just so fantastic
The decision on the winning team was just crazy! Amanda made a simple white dress out of fabric and stuck everything on it she could find! Were the judges blind back in 2013?
She won because of the cohesiveness of their team and used lots of unconventional materials and its looks great on the runway. Amanda's garment looks phenomenal on the runway you just didn't appreciate it.
I doesnt make sense to me why other comments here are blaming Sandya for her team losing the challenge. Sandhya may have been stubborn in the beginning of the challenge but after talking with Tim, she followed Hernan's direction. She scrapped her initial design and followed the two. If there should be the one to be blamed here, its Hernan!
12:51 Sandhya has a point though. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ not ever fabric has to be used in each look and even a mini-collection can benefit from a breaker look.
Exactly, i feel like people just don't like her and her design perspective and are just blaming her for no reason. Its easy to make the outcast the scapegoat for everything.
I also had really wanted to see more of what Jefferson could do. He could have blown our socks off. But his high-waisted, blue diaper was kind of shocking and sealed his fate.
After watching some many season I've come to realize that how to be on a team is NOT taught in any fashion school. Though clearly conflict resolution isn't either. For being a group of adult, there are a lot of children in these rooms
There's no surprise that Carrie went home right away. The judges already had an allergic reaction to her design and taste from the very start of audition. 😂
Amanda is horrible ... so smug and condescending ... I keep wanting to remind her that she didn't win her season, loser gets a second chance so take it down a notch
I don't think she was smug. She was just more secured in herself this time around. Her last season was a Team season, and she was constantly doubting herself or try to fit in. This time around, she just do what she wants to do.
@@oliverelio6747but team that has beauty lack cohesive or some of them try to cohesive too much that lack individuality. Jesus, I am already exhausted by Sandhya… I can’t with her drama. She absolute intentionally went to Tim to make them look bad. You have immunity, be quiet, help and be a team player so none has to go home.
@@romwafunopra52 I do feel she tried but they didn't listen. She made a point about that they should be different and all three dresses looked the same 😳 wouldn't have said anything to Tim tho.
I feel so bad for Carrie, her dress from the last episode was really cool, my favorite! And the design today wasn’t bad either :/ I liked the dress of the Indian girl from last episode as well, but today she just didn’t cooperate and brought the whole team down
Yep. This is the “Sandhya situation” I remembered. She was NOT a team player. She ABSOLUTELY disregarded the direction that was first agreed upon. She was recalcitrant when Hernan tried to get all the looks pulled together as a cohesive collection. She played the victim with Tim to deflect from her failure to co-operate.
Very well said Ken. Please don't tell me what happened, lol but I hope she's not going to be here for much longer. I have a very difficult time stomaching a passive aggressive person that creates an environment of sympathy in order to create a safe place for themselves.
@ Apparently, it was a scrabble during the last hours due to miscommunication and lost time. My take is if Sandhya had been more plugged into the team dynamic at the start, this could have been avoided.
@@KenFrancis-m5g no problem Ken thanks for being so considerate. To be honest I may have seen these all before but I'm just so old I forgot all of them. LOL
I just can't stop rolling my eyes whenever Sandhya talks. She goes from her ideas only and only her ideas are right to victim victim victim. The producers can't edit that out. It's real.
I feel bad for Carrie. She got stuck with Sandhya and she has immunity. 😤 team challenges should never happen with someone immune, it allows someone to skate by.
I can't believe that they sent Carrie home. It made them look like a bunch of Mean Girls. I still think Sandhya should not have won the challenge last week. And then with her playing the victim this episode and then being rewarded by staying with the worst outfit has not got the season off to a good start for me.
All I will say is that Sandhya is an interesting contestant, who continues to confound and annoy. She's never mean - but she has problems...... I feel bad for Carrie. When she said to the judges "I think you're making a mistake" - I agree. I suspect she is a good designer and highly competent.
It so unfair Sandhya has the worst looking design. I don't even get it why she won last episode. No one would wear her look. That is so ugly. There were plenty more designers gave a better look. Also in this challenge, I don't get why they chose that winner. Seriously, I don't get the judges taste. I don't think they are better judge for this show.
Not a big fan of the first 2 winning looks, there are many other better designs that truly deserves the win. Can’t wait to see Shandya and Angela go home. 😜

What is going on in this episode? Winnning team should be the losing team. Angelas dress was great, but did not match her teammates. Team Char was the best by far and should have won! I loved all three looks, but Mitchells was the best!
Misstep by the judges here, that team didnt deserve to win, most especially the winning look. Sandya someone fast foward she should go, inciting civil unrest plus zero % talent.
I'm sorry I completely disagree. If she thinks that that is bullying, then she needs to grow some thick, Thick skin because fashion is cut throat. I'm scared for you little snowflake. It is obvious to me that she has been very culturally brought up (sheltered& very lrotected which is common in Indian culture) as a delicate daddy's girl. I don't say that to be mean or rude in any way. It's just a fact of the culture.

this was 2013

@ Her look was 90% muslin with strips of unconventional stuff hanging off of it… my shower curtain is better designed then that!

Winners team's was my least favourite... other's deserve the immunity.
I guess the judges provoke others talent designers to improve themselves.
There were more interesting designs than those done by the winning team. I didn't get it!!
@salifyanjikunda5426 absolutely
@najibriachy7597 the outfit on the thumbnail is better than the winning look.

35:43 Heidi MEANS BUSINESS. And also nice to see Tim happy with the looks in an episode!!
Wow wow!! What a fantastic runway! The creativity of this lot is fantastic. I loved today’s challenge! ❤
i love when zach just stop sandhya when she started to give more drama 🙄
Honestly the judge taste for this episode is questionable
Most of these were really great ! I loved this challenge, they all did so well ❤
I cant😅 Fäde's dressing style reminds me of 90s Berlin❤
. I've known so many that looked exactly like him. There are also a few in Mallorca 😂
Team challenge + unconventional challenge = drama ...and I'm loving it 😅

We are only two episodes in and you can already tell that this will be the "fringe season".
Daymn. This challenge shows that Season 13 is way better than Seasom 14.
Having a 23 hour pain filled, agonising, scream filled labour with my first child, was better than the whole of Season 14 😱🤣
