How long is medium? I love these French pins, but only certain styles work for my hair, and I usually use 2 pins. But the French twist works really well, or a bun if I only put up half my hair. The trick is that you have to push the pin back through the hair, not just along your scalp.

I tried securing my cinnamon bun this way and after a short while it just unravels. I've even tried securing my ends with Bobby pins and it still falls down. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
If u have fine hair u should look into a texturizing spray like BB one before trying! I guarantee it’ll make your life so much easier ! I used to do hair so I know a little about it :) I hope that helps

Try experimenting with a French comb with multiple long teeth, or different shapes of French pins. 🧡

I have fine hair and it helps to use some dry shampoo throughout my hair to add some volume. Might help you too!
