Multi Tech Power when you open the gate in the parking lot as claire and mr x chases you up the ramp claire slows down on purpose. Then speeds back up once you get to the top.
I'm sure they went through testing and the characters bcoukd run faster. Then they realized the game is way too easy if they're faster. Have to slow them down to give the zombies a chance to suction grab you.

You gotta stretch out the game length by any means necessary. On top of the backtracking and puzzle stuff of course. Even if a big trench coat guy is chasing you down, you aren't allowed to run for your life. You keep jogging k? Oh did you just trigger a licker while being chased by Mr. X? YOU BETTER KEEP JOGGING EVEN THOUGH THAT LICKER IS SO MFING FAST. Hahahaha gameplay.
Hearing that reminds me of angry joe video on metal gear survive (terrible game of course) did a similar thing about Donald Trump building a wall around to keep out the zombies. Lol.

This is beautiful. Especially that zombie getting destroyed by the truck. THAT WAS SO MUCH YES! Based on how fast we can assume the driver was going and the fragility of that zombie... it's either EXPLOSION or PANCAKE. Probably diving too deep into the parody, but still. I love this result so much more.
I remember thinking it felt awkwardly slow at the very beginning but honestly its perfectly scaled to the game built around it. Not just in relation to enemy mechanics but keep in mind - most environments in the game are dark and claustrophobia-inducing, with crap strewn all over the floor and furniture to bang your hip on. Not being able to ping around the map like in RE6 made it more immersive and realistic imo. Still funny though, it is like a light jog with a small animal wedged up one's ass.😜
I really missed this type of 2000’s flash animations. Shit animation, Claire is voiced by a 40 year old female alcoholic, the jokes are non-existent... I fucking loved it
