My godfather often talks about how much spam and canned meats he ate when he served for 2 years in the mandatory army service of socialist Czechoslovakia in the 70's. They were given 3 cans of spam, loaf of bread and some onions almost every friday, cause on friday the canteen was being cleaned and did not cook "normal" meals. That means he ate around 300 cans of spam during his service 😂 It has been almost 50 years but he still hates it until this day
When I was in Boy Scouts, on one of our camping trips the meal planner accidentally packed only spam and rice, and left everything else at home. Spam for 3 days in a row for every meal, bleh
