Ehm Victron says its not a termistor but a chip inside. They even say you can damage the chip if you measure the resistance with a multimeter since the voltage is 5 volt inside
Wouldn't adjust the smartshunt to show the % of battery usage adjusted for temperature then though. But if you just wanted to add your own emergency don't charge when below freezing, sure that would work.
Yes, this sensor helps with SOC calculations. How good those SOC calculations will be during winter remains to be seen since we have large temperature swings which I think will have impact. Another long term test.

so it seems 160k ntc, but I dont see any ntc on that range :/. I want to diy the sensor myself, because of the price...
