I remember the publicity art for this that came in the mail at my dad's house since we were pass holders. It had a bunch of preliminary artwork for the ride. Yeah, it was nothing like what we got. You have to remember, this was years before the Internet, so you didn't know what the thing actually was until you got there and saw it. Let's just say I was disappointed.
Need to remove this and Invertigo and finally transform the entrance with a great front gate coaster like Cedar Point or Carowinds. I loved this ride as a kid but it's seen its better days- how about a revamped log flume as well? The possibilities are endless..
@@liamalispones3861 we can agree to disagree on that. It's not unique other than it being inverted, it's just a glaring monument to the Paramount times and one that barely has any substantial riders. Something like a Mack Extreme Spinner or a B&M launched wing coaster like Thunderbird would be a million times better than that worn out Vekoma, but to each his own 🤷♂️👍
@@gibbles12 well if they remove Timberwolf first it'd give Invertigo some time, but I still see this thing absolutely getting the axe sooner than later. It has very few riders and not only is a maintenence nightmare but it's getting old at this point. Vekoma boomerangs are now suitable for smaller park relocations, a destination park like Kings Island doesn't need to resort to a lower tier ride for attendance- let alone one that greets people at the front door 🤣
They should remove this and Invertigo (and maybe even Timberwolf stadium) and replace it with a semi-major roller coaster. It makes sense, no one rides Invertigo and especially Congo falls.
Not every large expansion should cater to thrill seekers. Quite honestly something that caters to the same demographic as Adventure Express would be nice.

They are removing it, my cousin works their and mostly all the staff know that its getting torn down

I luv this ride but it takes forever to get up the hill
I was soaked on the ride because I was on the deck.
Once I went up it scared the living shit outta me, thought I was gonna die, wasn’t too bad but I won’t go on it again until I feel safe
