In Electrical Engineering's Communication Systems, yes, higher frequency travels farther than lower frequency, that's why your radio signal is modulated, using AM or FM. In a way, if the frequency is very high, it can reach places that you won't believe it can. Mr. Bean and Vitas understand this theory of Electrical Engineering. :) I am proud.
