  • I present to you one of my favorite desserts but I warn you that they have a lot of calories and will leave you hungry for a long time, ideal for playing sports or going for a walk in the countryside!
    Recipe
    200 gr oat flakes
    125 fat - butter, coconut oil 50/50 recommended
    120 gr honey or golden syrup
    cinnamon (optional) or vanilla etc. to taste
    dried fruits (optional)
    chocolate chips to taste
    We heat the fat to incorporate the honey or golden syrup.
    We mix with the chosen flavorings, in my case with cinnamon and we incorporate the oats so that everything is hydrated or mixed.
    We add nuts or chocolate to taste and put it in a greased mold or with parchment or baking paper.
    Bake for 10-15 minutes, make sure it doesn't get too toasted, and let it cool.
