Love the algarve, been 3 times and stayed in the Lagos region. You gave not included the weat coast, some excellent beaches out there with epic surfing conditions. Alos the beach Prai de Zavial on the south west coast is epic, rrally beautiful beach with suefing on the rught day. Enjoyed your video and will xheck out soem other areas on my next visit, especially the caves

No problem at all! I went to Monchique and climbed up to Mount Foia but on the other days looked at the cliffs and caves you highlighted as well as a couple of lagoons. I’ll put a video together for my channel eventually!

Just found your video! Travelling in Lisbon and will have a couple of free nights. Now considering the Algarve after watching your video. Worth it to take the train down (no car) and do a whirlwind visit? Best town to stay in?
Ahhhh have a great time in Lisbon! The Algarve was absolutely GORGEOUS but not sure where to recommend if no car - it may be easier to get to Lagos and from there you can enjoy the stunning coastline with the beaches and Ponte da Piedade and the vibes of the city too. From a quick look it may be shorter to Albufeira, where you could almost certainly get a boat to Benagil cave etc. If you're willing to do the journey, I definitely think it's such a stunning part of the country!

Thanks for your lovely comment - reading it has made my day 😊 we were there in October and got pretty lucky with the weather to be honest - it was a mini heat wave while we were there so mid-high 20s (celsius) and no rain. All I'm gonna say is: GO FOR IT!!!! Carvoeiro is so brilliantly located and has great restaurants. I'm 99% sure we used PAA (link: paa-rent.pt/) through some sort of car hire booking site. They were absolutely great - no hassle and SO friendly. Highly recommended! Anything else, just let us know on here or on IG @lozsleisure and we'll be happy to help where we can. Have fun!
Hey! We found it was much easier to have a car but you can definitely do a lot of this stuff if you're based in one of the tourist hotspots as you'll be able to get buses / boats as tours or public transport! We loved Carvoeiro but it was definitely better with a car there. When are you going?

@@LozsLeisure Sorry for the delay in responding. We hit up Albandeira Arch for a sunset and a full moon rise at the same. Truly Magical! The Carvoeiro Caves boat tour was very cool. The small boat could get into some of the caves the bigger boats couldn’t. We also went farther south to Olhao and took the ferry to Culatra. One of the longest, peaceful, and unpopulated beaches we have ever seen. Thank you again for helping to make our trip Amazing! Cheers!
I am going there next month with my partner. But a bit warry about phone in sea water. I noticed, that you was not realy care and did videos on boat, or in water. Did you had some case? Or?
Hey! I film my videos in the water / on boats using my GoPro. I do sometimes use my phone (not underwater though!) but it is waterproof! Thanks for watching and I hope you have a great time in the Algarve - I'm sure you will!

How do you travel 🧳 between cities on Portugal? Do you recommend caring change and how much do you recommend using a credit card?
Hey! We hired a car so it was very easy for us. We carried some cash but mainly used credit/debit cards that offered a 0% fee on foreign transactions.
Lagos is the best of them all!

I am going there next month with my partner. But a bit warry about phone in sea water. I noticed, that you was not realy care and did videos on boat, or in water. Did you had some case? Or?
Hey! I film my videos in the water / on boats using my GoPro. I do sometimes use my phone (not underwater though!) but it is waterproof! Thanks for watching and I hope you have a great time in the Algarve - I'm sure you will!

@@nacomeno I have the DJI Air 2S - brilliant drone! For anyone looking to start out with one now though I always recommend the DJI Mini 3. Still a bit of an investment, but brilliant quality, portrait shooting if you want it and a great size!
