I had a leaking issue at the little metal inserts under the tank where the petcock screws go. They replaced it very quickly, no questions asked.

Yea, Ive heard similar things happening with other gas tanks as well. I don't think there are any other places out there to get similar plastic tanks so they're really the only option.

Do you wear any Levi’s jeans or a black leather biker greaser jacket with your bikes??

Hey I know its been a long time since you made these great videos so probably won't even see this but could you possibly tell me the total cost of the parts you bought. I am considering building myself a Honda 250 XL for nostalgia because when I was younger it was the bike I raced on.

I didn't start with a motorcycle so I had to buy every part individually so it costs more but I probably spent ~7k. The engine was the biggest expense using aftermarket parts. If I used stock parts it would have been a lot cheaper. I spent about 2k on parts for the engine.

@@OneDownFourUp Thankyou I guess I am going to build a bike in the near future then because thats seems pretty do able to me and I already talked someone into selling me their old 250 XL for pretty cheap.

@@danes6286 They're a lot of fun even in stock condition as long as you get it running well.
