@@sashautrera6935 France never claimed this. they just developped their own model in parallel, like they did for the Rafale and the Leclerc. France just don't want to rely on things 100% german for military stuff. From an historical point of view that's understandable isn't it ?.
@@xenomorphelv4265 That's wrong... it has nothing to do with "relying on German things"... it's just a protectionism of their own defense industry. Even if the products are worse than the Germans or others. The problem with the French is that they are falling behind more and more economically and are simply producing far too expensively. The trade unions have far too much power in France and ultimately there must be government orders in many areas, otherwise France would no longer be competitive. The French are difficult to cooperate with and the best thing to do is just let them do their stuff. I wish Germany would stop cooperating with France on the future tank because ultimately Germany can build a much, much better tank on its own without the foul compromises we have to make to let the French have a part.
Eeeeehh..... NO!!!???? It is a fighting vehicle!? So, for sure the answer ist No. Just Like there will never be civilian Versions of Leopard, F-16, Eurofighter, and so on. Only exceptions is gear which is Not used anymore and got demilitarised. And then Special processes to buy and get to the Road legaly. This ist Not Common. Military Gear is Not for civilians.
Best in it's class but the 'modularity' is mostly a gimmick. 'modules' are useless on their own without the vehicle. And if each module needs a drive train then why not just make individual versions ?
It’s much easier to adapt new mission modules for the Boxer because of the separate drive and mission modules. There are a lot of new mission modules in the development process. SHORAD ( Skyranger 35mm gun/ and a IRIS-T SLS carrier) different mortar carriers, recovery vehicles and bridge layers and a lot more. Because of the separate drive and mission modules it is much easier to adapt the Boxer for all these new roles.

Hands 42 speed cheetah.
General Dynamics needs to keep up 😂
Very, very good video!! Thx for this stuff!!!
Remember the main thing is not the vehicle but the gasket;)!
Great invention ❤
Careful, France is going to say "We invented this, and it's called the V.B.C.I." Just like the Leclerc tank and the Tiger helo.
France didn't invent anything. And the Leclerc isn't even a superior tank

No modularity is extremly useful. But not in the way you think. It makes production and logistics much easiers

Great, interesting video, but that awful music just detracts from the narration. It is really jarring.
