Thank you. If you can fly that plane, in that wind and still be fun? I want one. Watching you enjoy that flight as much as I did, tells me a lot. Great video and introduction of the Arrows Bigfoot 1300mm. Ordered mine Friday night.
Such a great airplane ! The Arrows Husky is also an awesome STOL airplane ! It is larger but the quality is astonishing for the price. Check out the special edition version !
great video!!! ...as a beginner pilot and currently learning to fly on an old school high wing nitro trainer , I purchased the Bigfoot hoping it will make a good 2nd plane for me to learn on....I am working up the courage to fly it.......thanks
as a follow up.....after now having flown this plane all summer ...I can say it is an absolutely great flyer...not hard to learn on, even without stabilization and I love experimenting with the flaps ...thanks again for the review....
Nice review, handles the wind very nicely, I probably won't be buying one, I just purchased the Timber, which is an excellent aircraft, lots of power and very easy to fly......
You won’t be sad with that bird I love my timber it’s definitely the best STOL plane on the market I took the leading edge slats off on mine seems to fly better without them
Great flying and video 👍. I told Ryan and you do the same. Y'all can sell anything. My want list changes everytime I watch your videos. Lori another great video. Love you guys. 😀💝
Great flying. Thanks for the detail review. Can see how capable it is. I am tossing between this and the E-flite Valiant which is very similar in size. Watched you and Mrs flying the Valiant too. Leaving the SAFE features aside, what would you recommend for me as a beginner to go up from UMX Timber? My primary requirement is to fly and land in small and tight places. If I go for the Big Foot, I can put in a little stabilizer to make up for the SAFE features.
I like the big foot for your situation also because of the large tires don’t sound like you have a smooth runway. Also big foot is cheaper. Both planes are great
@@MerryBoozerRC Yes I don't have a runway. I just have a small park to fly which has sand. I am also leaning more towards the Big Foot now. I hope I can also use its STOL capability to manage it in the small space.
Will this plane bind with a Spektrum DX6E remote? I have the RTF model but want to hook it to a new remote so I need to know if I need a different transmitter. Thanks
@@MerryBoozerRC Tundra flies great not so the grand Tundra, I had one it's party trick is to turn from a plane to a sack of potatoes in an instant and tip stall out of the sky. Sold it on and the new owner (a qualified pilot ) also commented on the violent tip stall and has subsequently crashed it again. I have my Tundra still (and a new spare) and also the bigfoot. Try an x fly Glastar and prepare to be amazed.

Love this plane , and great price too .............

Can I add the lights to a channel and turn them on and off from the remote?

You would need to add a Spektrum receiver
Hey Wesley , this Bigfoot kinda reminds me of a mini Grand Tundra 👍🏻 and on that note ... LOL... I think you should try out for America Idol .
Haha I actually have the tundra and I can report with confidence the big foot flys better. But the E-Flite timber is still my favorite STOL plane

The tail is ugly, its a mix of a Cessna and Tundra.
