I don’t think anyone would understand the extreme highs & lows of an addict and the pain of realising it’s yourself that is the problem unless you’ve been one or are one!
Hey man good on you man kicking any addiction takes self discipline and a drive to be better. I quite smoking about 7 years ago, I know it's not anywhere nere as bad a as Coke but I feel good and will never smoke again. As for drinking I used to drink alot and spent most of My late teans and 20s drunk off My face, now I might have a few bears here a few there but I cant remember the last time I was actually drunk off My face.
Really well done podcast this shout the guys at lab 51 & to James for speaking about his demons in hope that anyone else struggling out there doesn’t feel weak or scared to speak out! ☝️❤️
