@@cyberdisarray9173 Actually that happened in 2020 with her original 3D modeler and she went 3D less then a week or so after. She didn't have a 2D model at the time. However to answer the OP's question, her apartment flooded and it damaged her streaming room due to a pipe bursting in the apartment above her. It happened quite a while ago, I don't remember exactly when but it was at the start of the year. So she's been unable to do 3D with the room damaged and construction.
