i googled "patella alta". i don't think it's that gross. (granted it was mostly all Diagrams) basically, it's when a Person's Knee-caps are highier then normal. it normally rests above the joint, on the "Knuckle" of the knee. but with Patella Alta (Literal means to Altered Knee-cap) the Knee-cap is above it. this means Her Lower and Upper leg don't necessarily fallow each other as they should... (think of it as links of a chain, in a tight chain, hitting on link causes them all to move. but if the link gaps are bigger, you get a more limp/slacked reaction.) which leads to easy dislocation. Muscles would add more general weight and mass. to make the ratio more equal
