62 year old Silver ARMY here, this song is a smash, that has Summer Hit written all over it! It's already stuck in my head and I find myself humming it all the time. Jimin outdid himself with the vocals, the choreo is so on point and the fact that he has been pushing his boundaries every single song is so cool. My Bias is YoonMin, as I am so drawn to both of them with the entire Team being Bias Wreckers every day. They all have been working so hard before signing up for the Military, I am so very grateful for all of their hard work. Jimin worked on FACE and Muse around the same time according to his album exchange conversation he had with RM. He's so hardworking.
He said he worked on it along side FACE (in MiniMoni Music Exchange). 😉 It's beyond me, how can you work on 2 albums at the same time! He's so hard working.

But how hard these guys worked to not leave us without them for almost two years. How hard they worked to express their music. This means being professional. This means remaining faithful to a commitment made to their fans. Honor, honor, honor to them and to those who were able to see the enormous potential in adolescents that later emerged as adult. Army all my life. BTS are David who defeated the giant Goliath.
Jimin prepared 2 albums, made by him not by someone (sure him and his team).
Prepared many choreography as Set me free (🔥), Like Crazy or Who. Nothing too simple each. Filmed music videos.
Traveled with JK: sure here was rest but anyway some content too.
He is truly a golden boy, but they all are.
Jimin is just raising the bar up and up and never ending.....
And I'm here for the entire journey ... as far into the future as he wants to take us.

OMG Jimin murdered this track. SOTY. The high notes, dancing, music, crushed it. Loved it. The rest of the songs are fire too. I just can't with this dude. I damn near injured myself on the treadmill because I was grooving too hard. You have to be dead not to love this song. Yep, that is what V said during their last weverse together. They prepared a bunch of stuff for us not to get bored while waiting for their return. BTS, Big Hit and their managers thought it through. Their marketing is genius

✨I’m most happy & excited that Jimin’s name is credited in 6 songs, from his album MUSE, for writing & composing! Also credited producing, with the exception of a couple. Even on Jimin’s previous FACE album, though Jimin wasn’t credited producing, aside from Jimin composing most melodies, & pretty much writing all the lyrics, he indeed was involved, participating, as shown in Jimin’s FACE production documentary. Though not given credit for song “Who” from his MUSE album, being that Jimin is always hands on, I’m positive Jimin was still there, participating in production, although Jimin is credited with composing the melodies & writing the lyrics! The concept photos even have Jimin in more of a rocker look with electric guitar, “Who” which is the title track which indeed MV of which does always get released the same time the album officially drops! The look of the MV, and especially the way Jimin looks, the way he walks, but most of all, his on another level, breathtakingly spectacular vocals, stratospheric high notes, Jimin’s equally breathtaking, absolutely spectacular dancing,ans well as the stunning choreography, , Jimin dancing along with backup dancers, makes this all the more enjoyable, to watch! Absolutely on another level. Jimin rushed to Hungary only for a ever so short couple of days to fil this MV there, cramming in as much as he could just a month or so before leaving to the military. Working non stop on first FACE, then immediately after on MUSE since chapter 2 solos careers of the BTS members started til the very night before he left for military the following day! for this “Who”. And to top it off adding even excitement, there will be an actual live performance of “Who” when Jimin will be appearing on Jimmy Fallon show on Monday, July 22nd (23rd KST), to perform “Who”! 😆😅👍❤️🔥🔥😍🤩🎉

✨I find it absolutely mind boggling amazing all the thought process, effort, work, Jimin put in, (which the behind the scene from his prerelease song “SGMB” from MUSE, also confirms), since it seems immediately after “chapter 2” began over a couple of years ago, when all the members started focusing as solos, instead of in the context of the group.Every moment, whatever time he had, Jimin was continually composing all the melodies, writing all the always so meaningful lyrics, coming up with so many ideas & concepts and even the producing aspect of each song for not just FACE, but also MUSE, already way back then! It also explains all those photos & posted comments from all the well known, famous producers, mentioning working alongside Jimin, praising him, as well as excited about projects they were apparently working on way back when Jimin was in LA almost 2 yrs ago, then later on in nyc. It seems that Jimin was working non stop til late nite even filming content still, right before he made that farewell vlog for us the night before entering the military. Which also explains why he kept his long blonde hair til after filming. Also to show us his shaved head that he could finally have done. Just amazing how he worked non stop (which is also why we didn’t see nor hear from him often) throughout all that time. I wouldn’t even be surprised if, even in the military, he might be still continually working on, thinking about more new content, whenever he has some alone time, aside from all he’s doing in the military. His assignments there are also so amazing and mind boggling as well! 👍🙏❤🔥🔥🐥😍🥳🫡💫✨

Love, love, love "Who". Seems like this was recorded over a year ago. Remember Jimin's Suchwita interview with Suga ... Jimin dropped a hint about another album in that interview ... Suga picked up on it and made a comment. If you look at the "Who" credits you will see the video was recorded in Budapest, Hungary. JK was also supposedly there at the same time to film Standing Next to You. That BTS announcement about solo work ... no joke ... we had no idea about the amount of solo work they were going to give us. So many times ARMY would say on Weverse ... where are you? They were working their butts off on these solos before going into military. Remember the day JK fell asleep during a live stream? Some of us wondered if he had any work to do ... months later we learn he was working on an entire album. Perhaps he fell asleep due to jet lag after filming in another country. Jimin and all of the guys kept it all under wrap, went into the military, and have continuously released new material non-stop for 18+ months. Jimin, and every BTS member combined, gave us new songs in different genres, concerts, videos, etc. Chapter 2 has not been a rerun. It's been fresh. I'm feeling so so so appreciative of every single one of them and their incredible work ethic. 💜

He told RM in the Mini money program that he had recorded all his album music by June, 2023. I believe this music video has recorded in the fall.

AGREE on the RETRO vibe which personally I place around late 80s to early 90s for the visuals and the sound somewhere 90s. The piano was delicious which to me it was used like a complementing vocal. Jimin is FIRE in this and a total pop icon.

To answer your question, PDogg said that they started work on Muse almost immediately after they finished Face so they had this album, plus the Jimmy Fallon performance, in the can before Jimin enlisted. Sincerely, I join your pov in a way, like you, i admit I had been a bit perplex with Face directions/messages, but now we have Muse, we can understand better what's Jimin would like to express:
To me, Face is the past, with dark/lonely side, depressed mood, hardships, etc...
He broke free of all this dark side with "Set Me Free" (masterpiece from Face, still my pov)
And now, life goes on, freed from darkness, happiness can be felt, and he even can explores love like he always wanted to, without any fears...
Rebirth (intro) announces clearly what's Muse is about: Jimin wants to express sincerely his feelings, & find real sincere love ( but never leaving ARMY obviously!)

Lastly, I would add that BTS are presented as singers/rappers, but they are so much more, they are overall PERFORMERS (not many artists can do more than 3 hours of show, singing while dancing intensively, etc!) !!
And here we have an example with one BTS member but it's the same for all the band & each member, that's at these moments that we can really see why BTS is at this high level, only few people can sit at the same table as them...
