ingredients -
4tbsp AP flour
2tbsp cocoa powder
4tbsp powdered sugar
1/2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
3tbsp veg oil
6tbsp milk
mix and microwave for about 1 minute
mine took 1 minute and 20 seconds!
