When I was younger, went vacationing in Vietnam with my family. We actually bought a few of those motorcycles. I'm not 100%, but I always thought it was hand made in Vietnam, that has been the only place I seen them. They were like different models of motorcycles, not the same model replicated. They were located in shopping centers/ mall. I believe the same seller also did engraving on pre-made wood art, such as Mikey Mouse.... Etc
Art like that has been aound for a long time. I rember seeing them in the 60s. One of my favorites was a biplane built up from a spark plug.
