Nice demo. I assume theres no reason why, instead of making a white noise with Massive, I couldn't just put a drum rack on that channel and load each note with a snare drum sample?
So stoked! Have you tried using the Triwave with a synth on an ipad like "Synthmaster Player"? Curious if it would work. Also, is it possible to control hardware synths maybe with a usb C to MIDI adapter cable?
I haven’t tried with an ipad. You want to be using a low latency audio interface, and I’m not sure how performant the ipad is for this purpose. I’m sure you could use a usb to midi adapter. I tried it with a Moog Sub37 and it was ok, but I’ve found the best experience comes from connecting to a DAW due to the huge number of configuration possibilities.
@@misadigital Good point on the ipad. I ask because because I don't have a laptop and I'm speculating on how to bring the Triwave over to a friends house to jam with other musicians. I do have a Novation Bass Station 2 though so that is good news about the adapter! Even if it does work then you're at the mercy of the Triwave's default Midi CC to map up the X/Y effects, I suppose as long as the mod wheel is one of them then you'll have some expression at least. This is assuming that you can't configure the Midi CC on the Triwave.... maybe something for a future patch? =]
@@Kafei_56 The Triwave actually has a configuration application that runs on PC. It lets you change settings like the tuning and the MIDI CC params. You can configure multiple “scenes” (config programs) and cycle through them by tapping 5 fingers on the pad to go to the next config (I have a video that briefly shows this, but soon I’ll do a more detailed video about it).
How much is this going to cost? I want to use this live with near zero latency, do you have any recommendations for gear to achieve this ?

Yep you can do that too, so each note is a different sample.
would be cool if it has some built-in sounds or a slot to receive sound cards.

@@misadigital =o That's so cool! Glad to hear that there is customization like that.
You're alive! Is it possible to retrieve a spare display for the kitara? Unfortunately mine is affected by ghost touch. 😢
