After watching the first video I actually downloaded and played this game for myself. I chose to play as a Fighting type Gym Leader, starting with a Riolu. The early game was pretty rough, because every single Gym Challenger I took on was packing either Flying or Bug types, with the occasional Psychic or Fairy. I think the game registers what type you choose, then *deliberately* comes at you with your chosen type's weaknesses in order to put you at a constant disadvantage. Thankfully I was able to catch a Jangmo-o of my own, and the fully evolved Kommo-o saved my keister more than once. It was an absolute beast in my playthrough, though I chose to keep Outrage on mine because of her insane Physical Attack over her middling Special.
The trainers that have been giving me the most trouble are actually the Rough Riders, due to me being a Ghost Gym Leader and their teams consisting primarily of Dark-types. Needless to say, I lost more than once when I was kidnapped by them and forced to fight with only 3 members of my team.

Just as a quick tip for any Dark, ground or Fire type gym trainers (although really everyone could benefit from it). You can get a gift Incineroar that knows Icicle Crash. Have a strong physical attacker that knows, Dark, Fire, Ice and Fighting moves can pretty much carry you through the game.

A fast foward button could be such a blessing on this mod
Agreed. It would be great!
that tiranitar is pretty easy to deal with just shift gear aggron and iron head its pretty much dead 😂😂
I chose being an ice type leader with swinub as my starter and let me tell you, it was painful
if u picked ice, go for lapras, its SO MUCH BETTEr in the earlygame
I was a fairy type gym leader with Ralts, the beginning was also really painful
Keep going and become the new elite four!
Where did u get your incineroar??
@@philipjoves9061 so to the left of the first area (where you arrive on the boat) is the "Cave of Knowledge". It's a cave with some riddles on different sign posts. Answer the riddles and you unlock a little area with a house.
In the house is a woman who'll ask a couple questions then give you a starter pokemon. The number you pick will represent the generation that starter is from. Then pick the answer that correlates to that type.
Each starter will begin with a move they usually can't learn. Things like Rough play cinderace, head smash feraligatr, Icicle crash Incineroar, shell smash Blastoise.
I assume you say ground cause Incin can learn Earthquake right?
if this was a manwha it would have been called "I kept defeating level 99 Tyrannitars and max out all my stats"
from your overpowered team and the way you describe the rest of the story, you sound like the classic overpowered MC from any manwha
And just like that i found another awesome Pokémon Channel to fill my hype fueled need for Pokémon Videos 🎉😁
i downloaded this mod and i want to be an dragon type gym leader just like in this challenge, but i can find the dragonoid cave, could someone help me find it, like a link or something where to find the cave? cus i've been looking online but so far no luck sadly
If I remember right, you go right from the town, and then you find the cave in the top right of the forest /swamp
Mo buildings(munny)
mo problems
You are not done, you can battle the creator of this game.
How do you save your game? I can’t seem to find a save state to save my game or reload my progress.
How did you change the update and still keep your save data?
It's the same game just different update
Just make sure have more traditional buildings then factorys and now I cap money's every day. It adds total tradition building then multiples by factorys but if factorys outnumber traditionals, then it divides.
Sadly mine isnt loading the champ either, so I need 4.2.1?
And the next one is inviting you to be a Pokemon league and you get chance to be champ
Is there a way to use fast forward in this hack?
hd, sandstorm doesn’t affect kommo-o because it’s steel type
3:48 thanks for the reminder
Are you able to change natures in this game?
Are you able to mess with your EVs?
I played this game and beat the whole thing in 30 days
You missed the dragonclaw due to garchomps passive with active sandstorm.
So which version of the game did you use where the glitch doesnt happen
Very important info indeed... the exact version number would be much appreciated!
Next one is become part of the elite 4 as an extension would be cool
Love this series
I've really enjoyed this game!
wish i had seen your video a year earlier lmao
i downloaded this today and finished it within 8 hours of gameplay xd it was really fun
I didnt know about this mod, actually sounds like fun
HDvee which version did you originally have that wouldn't let you progress?
Steel-type pokémon takes half the damage from Dragon-type moves.
I tried downloading this game to my GBA app on my phone but it's not working but I have other Pokemon ROM hacks on it but I can't seem to get this to work
its pc stand alone, not a rom
Can you play this game on Mac? Or is it strictly PC? :(
How did you get Close Combat on you kommo-o??
Ive beaten this game with bug and poison working on dragon now the plan is to beat the game with every type
I just starting playing this game, and i chose bug type. It is pure hell.
you couldve just sent drakloak out against the tyranitar. its only damaging move is thrash
Matt can you play the Pokémon Untamed Demo ?
Where is the water type run?? Hehe
Where do you play this game at ?
Me personally I would try ghost 👻 type or Water 💧💦 type gym gotta have Gengar an my OG favorite Blastoise. Phenomenal video work King I really appreciate the dedication and effort you put into your content.🎉🎉❤
Lil bro did not even read story at end.
I went flying type and got a noibat as my starter; need to get a charmander and magikarp now
very long commonts💀💀
For any new players the building system doesn’t work at all the way the game describes it. The first building are multiplayer and the last building is a money maker. Place a shit ton of the first two and then the last one and you’ll be bringing in hundreds of thousands
Um metagross is psychic so fighting wouldn't help
You forget metagross is also steel so fighting is neutral
@『S』『a』『k』『i』 i know that but if he didn't use dragon dance if metagross would of used psychic komm-o would have died
That’s why he did?
Yes but steel resists dragon moves but bc metagross is also steel fighting type would be neutral, and all his other Pokémon wouldn’t get stab moves and I think the metagross probably has levitate
Day 1 of asking for you to do a normal run through this game
HOW AM I JUST SEEING THIS
Looks like you made a lot of money after buying the $25k buildings.
Where do you get eevee and ralts in this?
After making it to rank 2 or maybe 3 there's an eevee trainer back in the first area. You beat her and she'll gift you an eevee.
Ralts is a fairy type starter so unable to find in the wild.
I really think kommo-o is a pretty underrated pokemon
I've been playing this game as the fighting type gym leader and it's been great, but anyways rank my team: 1 machamp, 2 swampert, 3 blaziken, 4 chesnaught (but I'm thinking on changing to decidueye if it can learn brick break), 5 kommo-o and 6 lucario (my ace). Anyways 1-10 what do you give me, and give me some tips if you got some 😊
Do you know if the bug has been patched?
Any1 else who can't get past rank 4? Spent like 40 days in that rank, am all in the LVL 70's lol. Probably a bug, any help would be appreciated!!
Just like in the video.
@@andrewpowers1501 Lol I commented before I finished the vid. Nice
Did you fix the problem if yes how?
Do Ghost or Poison
What’s the name of the game and what are you playing on?
See the description for the link. ;)
@@KlaverKatten ok thank youuuu
@@gbernal17gaming55 You're welcome! :)
I would choose the fairy type because it's my favorite type.
S tier hero champion garrison vs Saitamachomp.
Is this for a computer?? If so where can I go to play this it looks like a lot of fun
Just seek it, it doesnt Even need emulator, You play it directly as if you were playing a Game "Pokémon: if i were a gym leader"
So this isnt a real game??? Then game freak or whomever should do this. This is pretty kool
I WOULD CHOOSE FAIRY TYPE WITH A SYLVEON ACE
Cant find bloody Edgar ...
It's funny how they ripped off "Mayor is the evil leader" from Pokemon Colloseum
how can i play it
See the description for the link. ;)
jangmo look like ah digimon
What game is this??
Pokémon This Gym Of Mine, it's mentioned in the first video as well and even linked in the description...
It was more fun watching this when you were narrating as you did it live not as a recap.
