What shipping method are you using for the offer? Also, if you’re using FBA what locations is the inventory at? It could be where your inventory is currently located.

Amazon Seller support can be inconsistent at times. Hopefully, they’ll improve support consistency soon!
I don’t believe it’s a prizing issue since there’s other visible sellers with higher prices.
