I've had the Inspire 3 for about 3 weeks and I can say at this point that its sleep data is crap. Twice during the past week, the first two hours of my sleep (which is the most deep and about which I have no doubt that I'm asleep, probably in deep sleep) are just completely ignored by the device. I'm early to bed, early to rise, usually asleep by 8:30. 9:00 at the latest, up by 4:30 or 5:00. My deepest sleep is between 9 and midnight. Both times the device dropped time from my sleep data it said that I started sleeping at 11:30! So if one of the reasons you're buying this device is for sleep tracking data, consider another device instead.
The problem with the Apple Watch, with all Apple Watches, is that even the 9’s battery barely can make it 18 hours meaning you have to plug it in at night every night to charge meaning unlike literally ALL the other fitness trackers, Apple can’t track you using “ALL” of its features for a full day. More importantly, it can’t track your sleep AND have enough battery to be used during the day. You kind of have to trade one for the other because it simply doesn’t have enough battery to be used for 24 hours. Also, idk if I’d want to take that thing to bed. It costs almost as much as a cell phone, is it smart to be keeping a paycheck flopping around on your wrist while you’re unconscious? I wouldn’t.
My issue with Fitbit is that they don't last for me. I workout really hard and sweat. Even cleaning it and caring for it per their recommendations, the Fitbit only last me maybe 6 months. I am really thinking about getting the latest apple watch
see, this is why it's good to read the comments.. hot yoga is one of my main weekly activities & I didn't even think about this aspect of making sure whichever watch I choose is waterproof to a degree
@@SaigeSlack the charge 5 trackers are supposed to last for 2 to 3 days maximum at a time I googled it on the Fitbit website how long a battery life lasts also depends on how many features etc you decide to use on your tracker/ watch it’s worth shopping around I don’t think cheaper is better in my personal experience things that are cheaper usually break more easily Fitbit also says it is better for your battery life of your watch to let it go right down and then let it charge as it’s better for the battery life of your watch which tells you when it’s low battery also

I wanted to upgrade to the versa. But Fitbit just rolled out their new graphics and it’s trash.
you made the right choice. I just returned my Versa 4 because it was logging 500 steps or so each time I drove on the freeway
I love my charge 5 lasts for at least two days battery life too
I had a $25 Walmart tracker that would last over a week. That sounds bad lol
