When he is talking about St George’s and Mayday, he’s talking about two different hospitals, ones more local I.e Croydon University hospital or May Day which is was called previous or St. George’s which further out in another area in sw London. It’s very ironic and very clever how he says it as locals in Croydon would say that if you go the May Day hospital, ‘you may die’ at the May Day as it was very a shit hospital so if you have they cant be treated at the May Day and have to be sent to St George’s you definitely may die or you all f*cked up lol. That was very clever word play. Mercury is one of my favourite songs of this year
