You would definitely need to freeze your product in this instance! Starting the week before would be totally fine and shouldn’t make too much of a difference in quality-the only issue is freezer space.

I actually feel the same! I feel like regular cupcake liners are filled but then look so small compared to what I see in videos like these....im wondering if they are a different size!

I always struggle with having made too little frosting for piping onto cupcakes...I can't seem to judge how much would be enough.
The struggle is real! I always feel a slight victory when I get it right
@@SweetDreamsBakeShoppe glad to know I'm not alone. I also have the problem of my hands being too warm and it melts my icing, I've resorted to piping a few and then using an ice brick to cool my hands down. I'd that a thing or is that just me too?
