H A R D B R A I N Fun fact, this is the same person (Akitaka Tohyama) who creates music for Namco games. For me, this was like having a Tekken 7 song in DDR. I unlocked this the instant I had the stamps, wasn't disapppointed.
Idk a better way to put this, but like, this is such a PERFECT 15. Like, it's my favorite cleared 15 so far. It just flows so well, is very well-paced, and I just love it. Reminds me of an updated DXY! Love it and loving seeing it crossover from IIDX. Cleared it on first try. Gonna try the Double next. Update** having a little trouble with the Double. I think 644 notes is simply a lot for me on Double right now, plus they put 12 random jumps in the middle of the song for no apparent reason other than to drain your energy more lol, and it doesn't really have much of a "recovery moment" like the Single chart does. Pretty much gotta power your way through to the end, so it really is a test of your endurance on the Double. I managed to pass it, but my failing score is better than my passing score lmao. Whatever. Gonna leave it alone for a bit and come back to it later. I've begun clearing 16s and even 17s and yet I'm having trouble with this freaking Double chart. I wonder what weakness(s) this chart is exposing me to. I'm trying to figure it out. Maybe I can try to bracket those spaced out jumps in the middle of the song, because I do completely fine with the streaming/voltage parts. Update: As of 9/16/22, officially beat the Double and bested my failing score! I think I'd hit a small plateau/minor setback after recovering from my foot injury, but I'm back up to speed now! So happy I chose to leave it alone for a bit and come back to it later. Hard Brain knows I can't stay away too long though lol. We got a thing going on 😅😅😂😂
It's an easy 15 but not to the point that it should be rated down. It's too stamina-intensive for a 14, and some of the 16th streams get pretty long and demanding, especially in the ending.
