The theater they shoot in (Drammen theater) was drawn by the same architect that drew Stortinget (parliament). An arsonist burned it down in the 90ies, but they decided to rebuild it as close to the 1800s building as possible.
Fun fact, for one of the seasons, Bård was actually the taskmaster after Atle Antonsen, who's been the taskmaster in all other seasons (including this one) got temporarily canceled. He's back being the taskmaster now though.
@@NordicReactions I guess Vegard is the thinker, and Bård is more the doer. Happy to see you and others here enjoys this. I'm working on getting the whole season up now. I'll put them in a playlist and send the whole playlist to you in a coffee request so you have it whenever people request it or if you make a wishlist for it or whatever :)
@@LillebjørnTrønnes He was temporarily cancelled for being a drunk idiot, yes it was racist but I don't think he intended for it to be that bad. Everyone can make mistakes.
To your question "Do all Norwegians have a good life/childhood or is that a Stereotype", let me just answer it with this quote "Every child deserves a parent, but every parent does not deserve a child". Trauma, depression and other mental illness or disorders exist everywhere. I think the places where you would find the least amount of this would be where people are only concerned about surviving, the next meal etc, because you don't have time time or energy to think about such.
For the spool task, i would get a knife/saw, and dig out the center. Task was worded "Get as much string as you can, off the spool center." Easy in hindsight 😅 Edit: Also not everyone in Norway has a great life, ofc. But we're doing pretty good as a whole.
My favorite tv-show! 😃 And yes, its populare. Were in seson 10 now i think...its on tv now every thuseday btw! Its not places, its points! We read from left to right, thats why its in that order 😅
Didnt you react to "ut i vår hage" or "Team Antonsen"? The taskmaster is the "Kamelose" guy, the "head" of Team Antonsen; Atle Antonsen. What's not to like?
You asked a serious question. If every norwegian have had a good childhood. And no, absolutely not. Just because we do have money and resources doesn't mean bad things don't happen. Like me personally, I've always had a roof over my head. But the doctors that have read my story has said that my conditions was worse for a child to live in, then for a child to grow up in war. One does not get rid of mental illness and how it affects people with money.
Episode 2 is scheduled! Episode 3 is on my Wishlist:

(Bård's disqualification) The word 'trå' have several meanings in Norwegian, it was only very unfortunate the word means both to step and pedaling.

Very successful, it is in its 10th season this fall. I hope you continue reacting to this show even after this season
The name "Kongen Befaler" (The King Commands) is from the Norwegian version of "Simon Says"
(We say Kongen befaler")
Ohhh really? That's pretty cool

Ahh, nice! Bård is always the "go to" guy, is it because he takes initiative more than Vegard or what? 😂 He's a really good host, though

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. We all have problems. They come in different shapes and forms. We just have to be strong and overcome them 💪 🙏 ❤️
@@NordicReactions Exactly! Everybody got their own struggle. It's our responsibility how we handle it 😊
People in norway is not all "happy" by the way, the suicide rates are comparable to other countries in Europe
The NO version of Taskmaster has been so-so, on the whole not that impressed although there have been highlights, but Ylvis were great in that season.
