animal crossing has been one of my favorite game series of all time for a reason. it's relaxing, it's personal, and it's one of the best casual games of all time
I love how went from Doom Eternal (One of the most fast-paced games ever) to Animal Crossing: New Horizons (A slow-paced and relaxing game). And they released on the same day. Definitely feeling some ying-yang vibes here.

@@THESKYLEE I’ll be honest I found animal crossing to be nice and relaxing but i didn’t end up playing too much of it. But I loved dark souls. I’ve since finished the game twice, played dark souls 3, bloodborne and I’m now playing elden ring. The souls games are great but they certainly need perseverance at times and especially when you first get started.
When i was watching his animal crossing vids i thought the people were just npcs that were really into feet and i was so confused.
this game has so addicting thus far; it's my first time playing Animal Crossing and been having fun!

I hope Charlie had the chance to visit some crazy islands. That's one of the best parts. Some people are so creative. I remember one island I went to was a giant amusement park with niagara falls in the center.

but Charlie u forgot to mention the museum! it was immaculate! Amazing even. A close friend showed me their collection and it was the most wholesome experience I've ever had in a video game. I had the biggest grin on my cheeser while my friend led me through the halls, it was truly a special moment and i actually cried when we got to the butterfly room. It was beautiful lol

I’m in absolute love with this game so far, my absolute priority currently is getting as much stuff in the museum as I can, the feeling of finally pulling out a rare fish and then getting to go stare at it in the museum with the peaceful music, love it so much
Ayyy, great taste.
An additional negative would be Nintendo limiting the game to 1 island per Switch console, in an effort to sell more Switches. The previous Animal Crossing games allowed you to take on multiple islands. Not sure how this effects the overall experience in the long run, but the game is being slowly review-bombed because of this.
IIRC New Leaf was only one town per user as well.

This was my first Animal Crossing game and I must say, I love it a lot. There is a lot to do and the first few days are tedious, but besides that, I is a nice, calm, enjoyable game. I haven't even tried online yet, and now knowing how fun it sounds, I will try it soon. I would recommend the game, and I hope everyone who has the game is enjoying it as much as I am. :)
it was my first animal crossing and i felt the same way. its a fantastic game if you dont mind the genre. like go around and just vibe. fish, plant a garden, deck out yo house. its up to you man. the worlds your oyster so suck that nut dry.
