This is a good valve. What pressure can the valve and the tank? The material of the nipple with a ruff is brass? And how to make or purchase such a bypass? I am grateful in advance.
But what tips do you use? I have to sharpen them all the time, just drill one hole and then no more drilling, the cutting edges are already worn .......... . :( HSS suck. I have to buy cobalt ones. But there are better bits than these and they drill in two seconds but cost ten times as much.
@@faceoff2 wow!! Many thanks! Careful if you risk much higher. For 500psi I think you can find "shock pumps", the pumps used to inflate the shock absorbers for bikes. The best ones reach 600psi, although the majority only reach 300. Nice to see you back and many thanks for answering!!

Welded Air-chamber are not ideal for High Pressure Air- & most likely to fail causing injury . Please also include a warning stating Dont try this at home & Do this at your own risk

In process of manufacturing such pipe a longitudinal sheet of metal is folded & welded along its seam to form a pipe thus it is called a welded or seamed pipe . Just google Welded pipe vs Seamless pipe Seamless pipes can withstand extremely high pressure without cracking. But the seam or welded pipes cannot do the same as the welded points are vulnerable to cracking up under high pressure & the kind of gun he is trying to make is an HPA rifle (PCP) or High pressure Air- In HPA application welds are a safety hazard.
