I have changed my medium recently from hindi to english medium now I'm totally comfortable in English if you want I can suggest you to Ist do 6-10 ncert in English medium by this you can understand the basic terminology then simultaneously you can go with reading indian express as it's language is little easier then the hindu and besides this you have to write word meaning then you learnt each of day.. Eventually it would definitely gonna help you. You can also hear podcast with subtitles. If you want further help we can chat personally. ☺

@@HimanshuPatel-rt5tl look when I started with 6th standard ncert of history it tool almost whole day to read 2 chapters approximately 1 hour for one page because as we don't know what to call SAMRAJAYA in English or MATADHIKAR in English so I write and search each of word meaning I written all of those words.. It took almost one year...but today I have no problem believe me brother if u really want na u can.. But it take a lot of hard work.. When I ist time read the ist line of ncert I was totally unable to understand any of world's meaning... But it's a process.. Eventually it will results
