Haynes King had more rushing yards, YPC, TD than DJU last year. Tech will score points could end up in a shootout somewhere around 35-38. GT was less penalized than FSU per game last year those matter. Both have good kicking games. Might not be a cut and dry blowout like you think. Forgot to mention GT lost to UGA by 8 while FSU literally lost by 60…

Georgia tech has a lot of experience on offense, if Haynes king limits turnovers and Santucci is a solid hire like we think he is, I think Tech covers the spread. May even surprisingly win. First game of the season overseas weird things happen.
I doubt GT wins, but that's because they are such a mistake-prone football team. They have to prove they can hold onto the football no matter the situation.

My hesitation on this game is mostly about how well they will play in their first game together. If this was game 5 or 6 it would be different. Also GT always gives us trouble and I wouldn’t be surprised if we didn’t win this game.

Our defense could be great or terrible next year, but it’s a new DC and system so using stats from last year is irrelevant
We’ll see , the first game of the yr will always be a wildcard , that being said there are some coaches that you don’t wanna gives months to prepare for a game because they’ll slaughter you. Mike Norvell is one of those coaches.

On offense. That combination of inexperience WR /TE with DJU if the running Game isn’t going well, Will determine some Games.
I concur. Nole fans should expect to see the defense have to carry the day at least a few times. College football is often about emotion and if the Noles are not completely bought into GT being good....

DJ is who he is at this point. It’s more likely we see what we’ve always seen than a Heisman season but I’m hopeful.
