- This is Episode #7 of my new playthrough of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelists of the Roses Redux Mod - But with a new challenging twist!!
We're allowed one win condition, and one win condition only - summoning the Great Lord Exodia!! No other monsters for battle, no burn damage, nothing... Today its the Dinosaur Expert turned Reptile Expert Rex Raptor. Are his Reptiles going to hold the key to taking down Exodia? Or are we going to send them back to the Jurassic Era?

Good going! More virtually effortless duels are always a plus. I think Darkness Ruler could be pretty tough though; especially given he's somewhat more aggressive compared to his base game counterpart. Hopefully the RNG favors you!
Yea I think it will be a challenge, with this kind of tactic, I feel like the field is even more of a factor than the actual duelist we're facing. The field can basically make or break how easily Exodia is set, and Darkness ruler is a case of how the field is SUPER against the strategy. Its going to be interesting to see how it ends up panning out without a doubt!
Exodia keeps on going can’t wait to see the darkness ruler duel later on.

Hey man, sorry for the late reply! Yea I'm doing okay, hope you're good as well! haven't had chance to make a video to explain why the videos are on hold at the moment, basically I managed to find employment again!! Which is a miracle in the current state of the world, so I'm focusing fully on that to make sure I make every success of it, before I start with videos again. Im 1 minute in the video and im triggered 😂 why would you go to the last tile in the second row man, you could go to the sixth in the first and still have 4 spaces around you
Hey man! Basically to still have the deck leader advanced enough to send traps in case of cards advancing in on me, and to set the magical labyrinth card at the entrance for if I needed to block off the one route that Rex has access to. Also, by summoning the pieces behind the deck leader, it keeps them more protected than summoning them in front of the leader, pieces need to be protected first and foremost, and traps laid ahead of the leader as to slow down any monsters advancing on him. Always different ways to approach these things, if it works and gets the victory, then it was a successful tactic
