I think that pegasus Original map was pretty solid. It was a rainbow castle, but it was extremely annoying to play against him because of how limited your avenue of attack was

Might be pushing my luck commenting on this video, but did you play this on emulator or original hardware? If emulator do you remember what config set up you had?

I know I'm incredibly late, but BooKoo deck doesn't look too bad if you can get a proper set up going. Having 3 bookoo flipped would give a pretty massive attack boost to any spell caster including the Bookoo. Not to mention other equip cards, making a pretty beefy monster.

I dont know why but you seem to play as if you can only place one card per turn. Thats not how the game works. Imagine if your hand is 3 spells and 2 monsters you can place all those spells on the field and summon both monsters as long as you have the stars for it.

I think its obvious Clovis has over looked the fact that lower leveled monsters get BETTER deck leader abilities by giving the enemies max level monsters like Metal Zoa

Im realizing water sucks. Because kairyushin and aqua dragon are sea serpent and don't receive a boost. Annoying theres basically three water types and only one gets a deck leader boost

I think it wouldn’t been better to unlock all cards and go all out with the best water deck possible The grind in this game is beyond not worth it. Deck leader ranks AND acquiring cards asks far too much time.

i know it's been a year but the paralyzing potion didn't work because Tea's Deck Leader habilities make Fairies immune to spells/traps

At 15:55 the water element effect is to counter a few cards that cause the opponents “spell” cards to be flipped face up

I wish I can play that because as much as I love DOTR the leader ability is non existent because you will never reach major+ in a normal Playthrough doing both sides

Hey man nice job currently binging through all your videos. I spent hours as a kid playing this game so it brings back memories lol. While watching I noticed some of the deck leaders and maps are different, is this because your using the boo koo deck ?

You can set your monsters to defense mode and not "confirm" it then move them later. That way you are still protected from Mirror Force but can also attack if it turns out he doesn't have it
