I agree with Duff Goldman, you are one of the best cake artist and your sculpture skills are insane. The wafer paper can be airbrushed or brush on petal dust. Do you offer online classes, I would definitely sign up?. Thanks for the tutorial.

You should watermark when you cut into the cake because I've seen a lot of uncredited clips of it
