Freddy Micah tbh that’s what makes this show amazing, you can argue there’s 4 main characters. Yuji, yuta, megumi, and gojo. The story is so amazing in that way. Imagine if there were like two naruto and two sasuke ya know. Like there’s not two main characters then two really good support characters. Bro their each LEGIT main protagonists. Which just makes the story a million times better. For a series to have both insane power scaling yet also insane story telling is rare. It’s really like the golden child of yu yu hakusho and hunter x hunter,
As a manga reader, I could say the designs are close to the manga, though there are parts that have been changed for dramatic effect, I don't mind those changes. All in all its 11/10 anime, so hyped!
Yup apart from the change of divine dogs which was a bit confusing it's a great first episode watched it like 3 times 🤣. Honestly jujutsu kaisen deserves to blow and can't wait to see the Shibuya incident arc animated

I really liked the calmness from Itadori when he was kicking the monster or got possessed and he was like simple "what are you doing with my body" it reminded me of Ichigo in first ep. Great first episode i also liked Fushiguro's hand sign when he summonned the wolves! :)

The “Ryoumen” in the title means “two faces”, you can understand it as “Two faced Sukuna”, in Japanese it’s straight forward to understand the form of this curse later on since it literally says “two faced” in its name, but the English translation here took the pronunciation only (That’s also part of the reason why after Idatori ate the finger, two more eyes popped up on his face, cause that curse literally has two faces with two more eyes 😂) Fushiguro summoned the dogs with the dog shape hand shadow as sign, later he made a bird shape hand shadow trying to summon something else, but was stopped by that monster. It’s the same power but with different Shikigami, using different hand shadows as triggers
My personal favourite VA Junichi Suwabe is voicing the King of Curses himself, Ryomen Sukuna! He is most known nowadays for being Aizawa in My hero academia as well as Yami Sukehiro in Black Clover (I am watching your reactions to it on Jingaz). Fun Fact: Ryomen Sukuna has been translated by som not as a name, but as a title with its literal meaning being "Two Faced Spectre".

the first thing i thought watching this episode was this is completly like a recollection of the first bleach episode somehow! The monster look and seem to be nearly the same and the hero here is much more overpowered but in a sense he has 2 people to rescue like ichigo does with his sisters and the character here and ichigo got both powers to kill a monster the exorzist(dont know)/shinigami couldnt kill seems pretty much like it or am i missing something? the animation looks somehow Darker than Black like from the darkness and the animation in general i know its not Bones its mappa but still it felt simular somehow! or am i wrong please let me know but thats how i remember it being?! also goblin slayer isnt at all about hte groping stuff just wanted to say that its jut a much more realistic kind of dungeon and dragons gameplay since it is a pen and paper game created to be a anime/manga
