I think they removed them because they couldn’t get the opportunity to test the new setup in fp3. Since it was raining they probably thought it would be useless to run the new floor; so that’s why they probably reverted back to the old spec
Seems they have to manage a way to bleed excess floor generated load. I always wondered if there’s some ducting at the rear of the floor that would become aerodynamically relevant at certain rake / load levels. Oh well just an arm chair guess . I enjoy the content it makes a lot of good discussion.
The Biggest performance gain from these Ground effect cars is the mechanical side of things, If Ferrari and Aston is also experiencing this issue then they also have to focus on that as well. I believe Mercedes is the one team to notice this trend and become the undoubtable fastest car because they will understand that this was their issue for years where they had fantastic downforce in the CFD but couldn't use it because of platform they had which caused porpoising. The W13 would've been great if they focused hard on the suspension and dampers.
You need to shut your mouth. That Ferrari team sucks, they always lose the plot midway through every damn season in the last 3 years, always. They sell you a dream early on in the year that turns into a nightmare as the season progresses. You ain't heard shit yet, wait till Lewis gets there. Teams have one job and one job only, give your driver a competitive car. If not for the adventure Mercedes took with the zeropod design, Ferrari have clearly shown that they would have been at best #3. Leclerc has every right to say everything on his mind. Ferrari are a fucking joke. Just look at McLaren and how they turned their fortunes around. Look at Mercedes over one season. Now look at Ferrari who always look like they are promising but never deliver.
I get his viewpoint. Imagine being with a team for nearly 5 plus years and they give you car after car that isn't up to his standards. The same goes for Carlos as well, they've in a sense wasted their best years/ and soon to be best years with a team that never gets it right. I would of lost my patience a long time ago. That team is all about it's legacy if we're being totally honest, not once have they put up a championship fight that last an entire campaign. Anyway, just my viewpoint haha
@@F1_UnraveledI disagree about the not having the car. They’ve had the car, but there have been colossal errors/mistakes, such as pit stops gone awry, incorrect strategy, and all at the most inopportune times. That broke Leclerc before any of this with the car. The past few years, they’ve had a great car, but then it was Sainz scoring points or the errors mentioned above that have continued to crush him.

Active suspension is needed to provide consistant grip and safety from running too low
How did you make that LOGO? Love it man❤

Won’t be surprised if RB doing it. RB has always been after these dark grey areas.
Sometimes all about tyres, now all about suspension.
name change and logo change, its nice
not a coincidence that the Macca and the RB can handle the loads considering the pull rod front arrangement
Why
Hamilton actually said the balance is bad on the radio message they transcribed the message wrong so was they really having bouncing again?

So in other words, if it wasn't for unpredictable rainy conditions we would have seen Mercedes really struggling in qualifying
Please if possible change logo f1 not only horse mate
Leclair has become really negative, especially today after getting pole. I am sick of it he needs to stop moaning and get behind the team

@@F1_Unraveledcan't agree more
He deserves a better car to his liking and to be competitive to fight the McLaren's and redbull
