White Chocolate Rocky Road Video Recipe cheekyricho

This Festive Easy Sweet Treat is brightly coloured and tastes fantastic too. Why not make some for your christmas table? It even makes a great gift.
INGREDIENTS:
20 grams toasted coconut flakes
200 grams marshmallows cut in half
200 grams white chocolate melted
80 grams red and green jubes or jelly snakes cut into 1 cm chunks
30 grams pine nuts
20 grams imitation red cherries.
