With the CURTIS PC station programmer 1314-4402, my technical colleague has done a diagnostic on the controller returned (model P125M-5603). The controller had been sold on eBay to a buyer in the United States.
The buyer had issued a request of return after receiving the controller, by describing that we have sold a defective product to him.
But through the diagnostic process, we have found that the controller had suffered critical situation when it was tested by the buyer. There are seven controller faults recorded in the error history of controller.
By uploading this video, we will present it as an evidence to eBay, for proving that we have sent a good product to the buyer, and the controller had been damaged by the buyer's fault.
