I live in Hidden Springs just a few miles from this and never knew about it. I plan on buying an electric bike to enjoy these paths. As a 50 year old male with injuries from the military, without the assist from the ebike motor I couldn't enjoy this sort of thing. Ebikes give me renewed interest now at "getting back on the saddle". :)
If I may make a suggestion, don't buy a factory Ebike, get a nice mountain bike and add the motor and battery, way cheaper, more Power, 5 levels of pedal assist, way more range and a throttle if you so choose. Luna cycles is the place to get the gear, it's a very very simple process to convert a mountain to an Ebike..
@He Black I have ridden a few factory Ebike, 6000+ was the cost. My bike half that, more power, 5x the range , more suspension travel, and no speed limit. Coat under 3G.
@He Black never seenone , looked at the specs, for 7500 not impressive, have you ridden a 1300watt 8inch travel diy Emountain bike with 60+ mile range and a top speed of 36+mph ? That cost under half what that bike cost. 350watts 20mph speed limit, haha 7500 not worth it. Buy a bike and add a 750+ watt kit and battery under 1000. And crush any factor built Ebike for wayyyyy less. I put my diy bike up against a factory built Ebike, it was not contest, my bike won in every way.
Great idea. Definitely becomimg more amenable to e-Bikes, esp for how they help people who otherwise couldn't shred. I'm sure I'll be getting one in a decade or two.
This park has the only trails in the Boise area that allow ebikes. There are a handful of multiuse off-road motorbike trails that you can also ride, but they aren't like mountain bike trails. But even with this being the only place to ride off road, I still want an ebike to get in more laps in the time I have to ride. I'm tired of spending 80% of my time on the uphill :)
you can ebike in the avimor trail system (which includes this - ruclips.net/video/I70zqZSjv2U/видео.html ) and at basin gravity park too (but if you have a chairlift, why bother w/ a motor HAHA). if you get an ebike, the moto trails in idaho city are awesome.
the gopro doesnt do this park any justice at all, this is my local and the jumps are way bigger lmao
They really are
ya they are
The GoPro makes this park look so small yet it isnt😂
Super smooth rider. I want to be able to do those lines someday as smooth as you. Need to get confident in the jumping like you.
The fact that you jumped up the first drop. Wow I can barely get down it with out having a small panic attack
Damn, my family has lived in Eagle for 80+ years. They have a big ranch out there. I gotta go visit 👍🏻😃

Flow trail is the best
No, it’s actually sage and shake.
One of my favorites, too.
Is the park free? Do I need to sign waivers?
Matthew Pak It is free, you just go and shred, no waivers

Widest singletrack I've ever seen. Look like ATV trails.
So sad to see Kyle step away from MTB because he was forced to vaccinate and damage his body 😢
Do the same run on a non ebike and see how far you get in your 45 min
Kyle Thomas you should do this on an ebike and see how far you get in 45 min...
