    That looks fire and finally a more easier take on demi-glace. I don't know if It's just me but I admire you sharing and cooking Japanese food more, also not sure If you already had a video making gyudon? I want to see gyudon on the camera roll this time coz in the ph we kinda have similar dish with gyudon but it's way way more intense and more on the saltier side.

    Thank you for your recipes, Hiro! They're so easy to make. I find that these are becoming my go-to recipes. But on a personal preference, I would have cooked my eggs a bit longer, maybe add some veggies to the rice and would definitely use that sauce. Thank you again. Keep it up.
    P.S. Why did you use red wine? Is it usually part of the sauce recipe? Can i just use mirin or sake instead?

      @@HiroFoodinJapan I see it at Japanese restaurants, but I don't think it is actually chicken nambam, those restaurants often serve a lot of things sushi, sashimi Udon ramen, katsu's.
