Thank you so much for watching! Gyudon seems to be the most requested dish so far. So I might make Gyudon in the next video. If that’s okay with you, hit the like button. If not, let me know what you want me to make 😄
That looks fire and finally a more easier take on demi-glace. I don't know if It's just me but I admire you sharing and cooking Japanese food more, also not sure If you already had a video making gyudon? I want to see gyudon on the camera roll this time coz in the ph we kinda have similar dish with gyudon but it's way way more intense and more on the saltier side.
That looks sooooo good! Your wife's request to add garlic is perfect to us Filipinos who LOVE (I can't emphasize this enough) garlic! Also, I didn't expect it to be this simple. Thank you for this tutorial Hiro-san!
Is there any way I can apply as your son so I can your food freely? lol! If there's something that draws me to your videos, it is your consistency. You consistently simplify the food you cook so that us, your viewers can actually try them at home. Simplified, yet it tastes really good. Sir Hiro, you are our HERO.
I love onigiri and ramen. The onigiri sold in your convenient stores taste sooo good. I joined the line to eat at a ramen house in Dotunburi and I just love it. I hope you can also feature them in your video. Thank you.
Im literally preparing and looking for dorms since im going to college and i told myself the first thing id do is learn to cook food that i want and like so these videos are genuinely awesome and helpful and i cant wait to experiment and learn thank you Hiro!
It looks delicious! I watched kdrama "Uroboros" and the main characters have nice memories the this food and I've been curious about this dish ever since. Greetings from Chile!
I’m on fasting right now, and seeing this makes me want to eat right now. I’m gonna list this to try to cook at home. Thanks so much, Hiro! 😊❤️ The part when Hiro asked his wife if she needs spoon is so funny though! 🤡😂
Thank you for sharing this! I love egg dishes and this looks so good! I had no idea that ketchup was used and was wondering what seasonings or sauce was added to make the rice orange when I ate omurice a few times in Japan. Now I know lol
I've always wondered how to make demi-glace sauce ever since that video from Kichi Kichi was recommended to my feed. Thanks so much for the easy recipe so we can follow along! ありがとございました! ❤️
Thank you for your recipes, Hiro! They're so easy to make. I find that these are becoming my go-to recipes. But on a personal preference, I would have cooked my eggs a bit longer, maybe add some veggies to the rice and would definitely use that sauce. Thank you again. Keep it up. P.S. Why did you use red wine? Is it usually part of the sauce recipe? Can i just use mirin or sake instead?
@@HiroFoodinJapan Hiro-san i've saw it but can i have the exact shop or can you recommend me one because the last time I've purchased kitchenware i got a fake item.
@@HiroFoodinJapan I see it at Japanese restaurants, but I don't think it is actually chicken nambam, those restaurants often serve a lot of things sushi, sashimi Udon ramen, katsu's.

Yes you can! Omurice is actually delicious on its own so you don’t even need any sauce 😊
Hardest part not to mess up is the eggs 😂🥚
That's the hardest part 👍
Can you do enoki meat roll or other enoki recipe. I've tried it. I really like how it tastes.
Sure 😊
can you make Takoyaki next
Yes! Thank you for your request!😊
