For instance, Pune's business is in the hands of Marwadis and not Maharashtrian community. They do all the common businesses like running a grocery store, book store, medical store, gift store etc. Why they are successful is for the following reasons, 1. They are extremely hard working meaning that they don't even take holiday even on Sundays. They only take leave once a year when they go for some religious activity in their village. Moreover, they start their store especially if its grocery at 6.30 am in the morning and run it till 11 pm at night. 2. They themselves work hard and bring their own people from village to help them. 3. They protect their own people. When they bring a village boy to help them in the store they look after him properly by giving him good food and shelter. Afterwards, when this boy grows up he is given a new shop. The education of these boys is not even matriculation. They are mostly 3rd pass, 5th pass etc. But they do good business. 4.They don't drink, smoke, or have any other bad habits. 5. They protect their family and community.

Marwadis though a business community, majority of them don't show off their money. For instance, Pune's business is in the hands of Marwadis and not Maharashtrian community. They do all the common businesses like running a grocery store, book store, medical store, gift store etc. Why they are successful is for the following reasons,
1. They are extremely hard working meaning that they don't even take holiday even on Sundays. They only take leave once a year when they go for some religious activity in their village. Moreover, they start their store especially if its grocery at 6.30 am in the morning and run it till 11 pm at night.
2. They themselves work hard and bring their own people from village to help them.
3. They protect their own people. When they bring a village boy to help them in the store they look after him properly by giving him good food and shelter. Afterwards, when this boy grows up he is given a new shop. The education of these boys is not even matriculation. They are mostly 3rd pass, 5th pass etc. But they do good business.
4.They don't drink, smoke, or have any other bad habits.
5. They protect their family and community.
